Welcome to Sri Lakshmi Holidays. By booking our car rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment.
- Confirmation will be shared via call, WhatsApp, or email.
- Rates are subject to availability, fuel prices, seasonal demand, and government regulations.
2. Payments
- A minimum advance is required to confirm the booking.
- The balance amount must be paid before or during the trip.
- Extra charges such as toll, parking, interstate permit, hill permit, and driver allowance (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
- Extra kilometers and hours will be charged as per agreed rates.
3. Usage Policy
- Rental time is calculated from reporting time to vehicle release time.
- Late release will attract additional hourly charges.
- Night driving charges may apply if applicable.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
4. Driver & Safety
- All drivers are licensed and experienced.
- Driver duty hours are regulated for safety.
- Customers must treat drivers respectfully.
- Seat belts must be worn at all times.
5. Damages & Liability
- Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will be chargeable.
- Sri Lakshmi Holidays is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
- We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, roadblocks, or natural calamities.
6. Vehicle Breakdown
- In case of breakdown, we will arrange a replacement vehicle at the earliest possible time.
- Compensation for delays is not applicable.
Cancellation Policy
1. Customer Cancellation
- Cancellation 48 hours before trip: Minimal cancellation charges.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: Partial refund may apply.
- Same-day cancellation: Advance amount may be non-refundable.
2. Company Cancellation
- In rare unavoidable situations, Sri Lakshmi Holidays reserves the right to cancel a booking.
- In such cases, a full refund of the advance amount will be provided.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
